Meet the Founder, Nelisa Lee
As a CPA with experience at a "Big 4" accounting firm and a seasoned real estate investor, she co-owns Evergreen Home Buyers in Jacksonville.
Despite initial struggles and learning how to "DIY" it, she developed a replicable accounting system that she currently uses at Evergreen. With a team of five, they've served 400+ homeowners and own 50+ properties. Recognizing her passion for teaching and aiding others, she founded Seeds Courses to support aspiring Real Estate Investors in need of financial assistance.
